    Led end-to-end technology implementation for earthquake early warning, from sensor deployment and monitoring to data integration and user testing. Delivered decision-ready media and training tools that turned technical signals into clear action for operators and the public. Secured over $12M in government funding. 

    Tsunami Modelling and Risk Reduction for Ports and Coastal Communities

    Directed tsunami modelling programs, overseeing data pipelines, model validation, and scenario design and led cross-sector implementation with ports and ferries. Aligned outputs with operational thresholds and alerting protocols, integrating model results into procedures, training and decision support tools. 

    Marine Domain Awareness

    Supported integration of Automated Identification Systems (AIS), visual, and marine mammal data to deliver real-time domain awareness products. Built deconfliction tools and operational dashboards that improve vessel safety, support marine mammal protection and streamline decision-making for maritime operators.
